Now that summer is over… what’s next?
I guess that depends on what you did during the summer? Did you spend the summer trying to gap your competition? Was it separation time or relax time?
When you went into summer, did you think you did enough during the school year? Did you think that you could’ve done more, that you weren’t done yet?
I hope you spent the summer separating yourself from your competition, from the self along with others.
What now?
More of the same thing. More of doing the hard things. More discipline. Heavier weights. Faster sprints, longer study sessions. Longer practice sessions.
